Steve Wood
President, CEO, and Chairman
Steve Wood has been associated with emerging technology for the majority of his career, with broad experience in personal computers telecommunications, information services and personal communications. In 1996 Wood co-founded Wireless Services Corporation (now SinglePoint) and led as President and CEO until 2004. Wood has held strategic leadership positions at many of the industry's leading companies, including Microsoft (he was the company's sixth employee), Asymetrix, Starwave Corporation, Interval Research, McCaw Cellular and Notable Technologies. He currently serves as vice-chairman of the Washington Technology Industry Association, the country's largest state technology trade association.

Curt Miller
Chief Technology Officer
Curt Miller is accomplished in database design and implementation. Curt joined Perlego to take responsibility for the technology behind the Perlego solution. Curt comes to Perlego from SinglePoint. At SinglePoint, Curt was a founder as well as the primary architect of the company's core messaging technology, the IDX delivery platform. Curt's 30-year-career in the computer software industry includes five years at Corbis, where he designed the storage and retrieval system for the expansive Corbis image catalog. Prior to joining Corbis, Curt led the team that developed R:BASE, one of the most commonly deployed MS-DOS based database products, while at Microrim (now R:BASE Technologies). He holds a BA degree in mathematics from Hamilton College and is a volunteer firefighter.

Rich Helgeson
Executive Vice President of Sales
Rich has over 30 years of business development, sales and management experience in network security, mobility and technology fields in both large companies and start-up environments. Before joining Perlego, Helgeson served as Vice President of Business Development at Dategrity where he developed significant sales strategies and partner management programs. Prior to Dategrity, Rich was the Vice President of Americas and OEM Business Operations at Aventail. Helgeson began his career with IBM's Data Processing Division. He has also held positions at StorageTek, Zycad Corp., Vitalink Communications, Bay Networks, and CNT Corp. Helgeson graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in English and Education.

KC Watkins
Vice President of Finance
KC is responsible for the financial, legal and operational areas of Perlego. He brings over 30 years of management experience in leading communications and high-technology companies. Formerly a Partner with Accenture, he worked in the forefront of the high-tech start-up industry, helping fledgling technology companies across the US to establish their businesses and meet the challenges of explosive growth. More recently, Watkins led financial and business affairs for Dategrity Corporation, a startup focused on innovative applications of proprietary encryption technology, and as the President of RP Developments, a recycled plastic building materials manufacturer. KC holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Washington.
