Institutionelle Verkrustungen sollen durch Bewusstmachung aufgehoben werden. Für andere ist die Zunahme strukturell gestörter Menschen ein Hinweis auf gesellschaftliche Institutionalisierungsdefizite, die behandlungstechnisch durch neue, institutionell befestigte Beziehungserfahrungen ausgeglichen werden können.
