Inoltre, la comunicazione elettronica ha determinato una globalizzazione economica e socioculturale di notevole complessità, e dove è richiesta che la persona abbia una mente con una struttura cognitiva, e che sia in grado di svolgere un adeguato processo cognitivo per la gestione delle complessità.
