Legislative Ungereimtheiten werden strukturiert analysiert, ergĂ€nzt um konkrete VerbesserungsvorschlĂ€ge des Gesetzeswortlauts; zugleich wird die Auslegung de lege lata dargelegt. Dies gilt etwa fĂŒr Bestimmtheitsprobleme des Sportbegriffs, ĂŒberflĂŒssige Tatbestandsmerkmale (z.B.
