Il Corso di lingua ceca è rivolto agli studenti italiani che si accostano al ceco sia sotto la guida di un insegnante sia in maniera autonoma. Il volume, che copre i livelli A1B1 del Quadro Comune Europeo di Riferimento per le Lingue, è incentrato sugli aspetti comunicativi, ma allo stesso tempo propone uno studio attivo e sistematico della grammatica, mettendo in risalto le differenze con l'italiano e le fonti degli errori più comuni. Il testo è suddiviso in 27 lezioni, ognuna delle quali comprende dialoghi o testi corredati da esercizi di conversazione, una lista di espressioni comunicative tradotte in italiano e una sezione grammaticale che illustra sinteticamente le principali strutture morfologiche e sintattiche. Le varie attività esercitative riprendono il lessico usato sia nei testi sia nella parte teorica e permettono di verificare le competenze grammaticali e lessicali acquisite.
