Tras décadas de estudio, las investigaciones llevadas a cabo en torno a las denominadas construcciones con verbos funcionales o «Funktionsverbgefüge» en alemán y español no han convergido en una concepción homogénea del fenómeno lingüístico. Dentro del ámbito de estudio de la lingüística contrastiva, este libro ofrece una visión amplia y sistematizada del tratamiento teóricoconceptual de construcciones como in Gang setzen o poner en marcha en la tradición lingüística alemana y española mediante una cuidada selección de propuestas metodológicas, para, finalmente, concluir con una reflexión sobre los lugares comunes. Este trabajo está dirigido a germanistas e hispanistas interesados en el estudio de este tipo de construcción verbonominal desde un enfoque contrastivo.
