Dieses Buch befasst sich mit der Einführung des Unternehmensstrafrechts in Deutschland. Neben der grundsätzlichen Diskussion um die Schuldfähigkeit von Verbänden steht die Untersuchung der materiell-rechtlichen Vorschriften des Entwurfs eines Verbandsstrafgesetzbuches im Mittelpunkt. Die Autorin prüft die Vorschriften unter Berücksichtigung strafrechtsdogmatischer und verfassungsrechtlicher Grundsätze im Hinblick auf ihre konkrete Ausgestaltung. Im Ergebnis zeigt die Autorin, dass die Kernstraftatbestände und die im Entwurf vorgeschlagenen Sanktionen erhebliche Probleme in der Rechtsanwendung aufweisen und grundlegender Überarbeitung bedürfen. Hierfür schlägt die Autorin die Vornahme konkreter Änderungen bei den jeweiligen Vorschriften vor.
