Dieses Buch geht der Frage nach, ob das englische oder das deutsche Insolvenzverfahren aus Sicht des Rechtssubjekts zu bevorzugen ist. Diese Frage und die Wahl des Bezugspunktes beruhen auf den hĂ€ufig festzustellenden AbhĂ€ngigkeiten zwischen der Schuldnerin, ihren GlĂ€ubigern und den sonstigen am Verfahren beteiligten Personen und der hieraus folgenden Überlegung, dass ein gutes Insolvenzverfahren die Interessen des Rechtssubjekts hinreichend berĂŒcksichtigen muss.
