Rav Flaminio Servi, ????, ????? ?? ???? ?????, nasce a Pitigliano il 24.12.1841. Studiò con Rav Paggi e poi con Rav Marco Sabbadini che gli conferì il titolo di “Chaver” nel 1864 a Pitigliano.
Riceve il titolo di “Chakham” dal Rabbino Mosè Sorani. Rav di Monticelli d’Ongina (1864-1867), Mondovì (1867-1872), e di Casale Monferrato tra il 1872 ed il 1904. È Direttore del Vessillo Israelitico dal luglio 1874 al 1904.
Muore a Casale Monferrato il 23.1.1904. Il Diploma di “Chaver” ed il registro del “mohel” di Rav Flaminio Servi manoscritti sono proprietà della collezione Gianfranco Moscati, Locarno.
