The present volume examines the relationship of anthropology and theology, of the images of God and the images of man. The following questions are touched: What are the consequences of monolatry and monotheism for identity and self-reflectivity of man? Are monotheism and individualism linked to each other? Which human images are transferred to God and which are not?
