Band widmet sich dem Gnesioluthertum und dem Flacianismus, also den Strömungen des "strengen" Luthertums in der zweiten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts, dem sich die reformationsgeschichtliche Forschung in den letzten beiden Jahrzehnten verstärkt zugewandt hat. Die Habsburgischen Erblande und das deutschsprachige Westungarn waren von Beginn an ein Kernland des Gnesioluthertums und der Flacianer. Der späte Flacianismus hatte überhaupt seinen Schwerpunkt in diesen Regionen Europas. Die weiteren Aufsätze befassen sich mit dem Diakoniewerk in Gallneukirchen zur Zeit des Nationalsozialismus und mit der Integration der Heimatvertriebenen nach 1945.[Yearbook for the History of Protestantism in Austria]The yearbook, published regularly since 1880, is a forum for questions of the history of Protestantism in Austria and the Habsburg monarchy. The present volume (no. 131) is dedicated to the topic of Gnesio-Lutheranism and Flacianism, hence those currents of "strict" Lutheranism in the second half of the 16th century on which the focus has increasingly been placed by the researchers on the history of the Reformation in the last two decades. The Habsburg hereditary lands and German-speaking Western Hungary have been core areas of Gnesio-Lutheranism and Flacianism since the beginning. And the focus of the later Flacianism was on these areas of Europe anyway.
