Die Bibliothek und das Schrifttum Guido Adlers (1855–1941), des prominentesten Vertreters der Musikwissenschaft der UniversitĂ€t Wien, wurde von den Nationalsozialisten unter reger Beteiligung von Mitarbeitern der UniversitĂ€t Wien geraubt und spĂ€ter nur zum Teil zurĂŒckgegeben. Im Rahmen der NS-Provenienzforschung an der UniversitĂ€tsbibliothek Wien konnten RestbestĂ€nde der Bibliothek Guido Adlers festgestellt werden. Auch ein Nachlassfragment wurde als bedenklich identifiziert und mit den BuchbestĂ€nden 2012/13 restituiert.
