Bisher existierten jedoch kaum geeignete VorschlĂ€ge zur Segmentierung von ServicemĂ€rkten. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt praktikable Lösungsmöglichkeiten fĂŒr dieses kundendienstpolitische Defizit auf. Ausgehend von der servicespezifischen BedĂŒrfnissituation von Unternehmen wird ein zweistufiges Segmentierungsmodell fĂŒr investive KundendienstmĂ€rkte entwickelt. Auf Grundlage einer empirischen Studie im Markt fĂŒr kommerzielle Personal Computer werden u.a. praxisrelevante Normstrategien fĂŒr eine zielgruppengerechte Bearbeitung von KundendienstmĂ€rkten abgeleitet.
