En este libro se presentan pruebas experimentales obtenidas en los principales laboratorios del mundo acerca del uso de la estructura morfológica para la comprensión y producción de palabras y oraciones, en especial aquellas referidas al español, algunas de ellas obtenidas en nuestro propio laboratorio de la Universidad de La Laguna, en España. Se revisan paradigmas de tiempos de reacción, electrofisiológicos y neuropsicológicos. Finalmente se propone una batería de evaluación morfológica que podría ser útil para el diagnóstico de pacientes afásicos, sobre todo en los casos de agramatismo. Las tareas tienen tanto utilidad diagnóstica clínica como de cara a la investigación con pacientes. Por primera vez se ofrece esta temática en español dirigida a todo el ámbito geográfico de su influencia.
