About the author
Suzanna Tan is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) with an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies (University of Warwick).
She began her 25 year career in financial services in Asia, before settling back in the UK to work with a FTSE 100 company for over two decades. She is an experienced leader with diverse senior management experience across stockbroking, accountancy and retail banking, and a decade of executive coaching experience working with middle/senior managers and career coaching university students.
This book was born out of her passion for helping students from China.
