Oggetto della presente trattazione è la mediazione civile nell'ambito della realtà del condominio. Si tratta -in verità- di un approfondimento più ampio dell'istituto, non limitato alle essenziali disposizioni codicistiche, atteso che la conoscenza dei meccanismi del procedimento costituisce una tappa imprescindibile del percorso di formazione dell'amministratore. Non si può dimenticare infatti che la materia del condominio rientra tra quelle per le quali la mediazione è stabilita quale condizione di procedibilità della domanda giudiziale. La mediazione - lungi dall'essere un semplice "passaggio obbligato" per adire le ordinarie vie di giustizia, costituisce un'ottima opportunità per la risoluzione delle controversie e il ristabilimento di equilibri e rapporti che un contenzioso rischia di incrinare irrimediabilmente. All'amministratore il compito di farsi promotore di questo prezioso strumento di risoluzione alternativa delle controversie tra i propri condòmini.
