The book tells the exciting story of the life (more than 100 years) and work of an extraordinary woman, Fanita English, therapist, consultant and author. 1916 born in a Jewish family, grown up in Rumania, Turkey, educated in Great Britain and France, escaped from the Nazis and migration to America, working as psychoanalyst and changing to Gestalt therapy and TA, which she influenced by important ideas and concepts. The book also allows a look at some of the new therapeutic directions of the past century like Psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, family therapy, group dynamics.
