Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden, basierend auf 1, 2-Diaminocyclohexan sowie 1, 2- Diphenylethylendiamin, verschiedene neue P, N-Liganden synthetisiert. Dazu wurden diese chiralen Diamine erst an den Stickstoffatomen aryliert oder alkyliert und mit Phosphortrichlorid sowie mit Oxazolinalkohol 15 zu den entsprechenden Liganden umgesetzt. Nach anschliessender Reaktion mit [Ir(COD)Cl]2 und NaBArF konnten dieentsprechenden Katalysatoren 32 bis 38 erhalten werden.
