About this book
Dear participant, Welcome to the 8th JCF-Frühjahrssymposium 2006 in Konstanz. This year we have the pleasure not only to welcome 200 participants from all over Europe but also, like in 2002, 2003 and 2005, a delegation from the American Chemical Society. This ongoing commitment of the NSYCC emphasizes the international scope of this conference. We have tried to organize a widely varied program for you; ranging from several invited lectures on different topics, including a lecture from one of the most important pharmaceutical companies here in southern Germany, to some occasions to meet people in a relaxed atmosphere like the conference party or the champagne reception. The core of this conference's framework will be the presentation of your scientific results in short talks and poster sessions to you, our international audience.
