Das Gebiet der Lanthanoidchemie ist mit dem Beginn der 1980er Jahre aufgrund interessanter chemischer Eigenschaften der "Seltenen Erden" verstĂ€rkt in das Blickfeld des Forschungsinteresses gerĂŒckt. Bisher wurden hauptsĂ€chlich Cyclopentadienylderivate als Ligandsystem verwendet. Neuerdings liegt das Forschungsinteresse in der Untersuchung alternativer Liganden wie zum Beispiel Amide oder Alkoxide. Dieser Ansatz wurde in der vorliegenden Arbeit mit den P-N-Ligandsystemen Bis(phosphinimino)methan und Bis(t-butylamido)cyclodiphosph(III)azan verwirklicht. Die erhaltenen Bis(phosphinimino)methan-Komplexe wurden auf ihre katalytische Wirksamkeit fĂŒr die intramolekularen Hydroaminierung und intermolekulare Hydrosilylierung untersucht. Außerdem wird zum ersten mal die Anwendung von Lanthanoidkatalysatoren fĂŒr die sequentielle Hydroaminierung / Zyklisierung beschrieben. Die Bis(t-butylamido)cyclodiphosph(III)azan-Liganden wurden weiterhin in der Aluminiumalkylchemie verwendet. Es konnten unerwartete Lewis-SĂ€ure/Base-Addukte isoliert und charakterisiert werden.
