Stßtzend auf Untersuchungen zur Struktur-Wirkungs-Beziehung wurden in dieser Arbeit verschiedene Spinosynanaloga synthetisiert. Der Fokus lag dabei in der Synthese und Variation der Forosaminylglykosideinheit.Zur Synthese des Forosamins wurde eine neuartige Domino-Knoevenagel-hetero-Diels-Alder-Reaktion entwickelt, die einen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl verschiedener Desoxyaminozucker bietet. Hierbei wird in einem Schritt aus drei sehr einfachen Vorläufern ein komplexes Dihydropyrangerßst aufgebaut.
