This book was written out of the MPhil thesis done after a research on international social welfare organizations in Kathmandu, Nepal. It describes the importance of international non-governmental agencies with regards to the facilitation of basic need fulfillment for deprived of communities in the country such as health, agricultural production, transportation and ecological role factor. The impediment toward the onward speed of humanitarian programs have been described and assessed the feasible methods of executing top level decision that would help solve tough situations allowing smooth mission holding of subsidized social development activities.
