Prahalad, Coaches und Berater wie Stephen Covey, Gay Hendricks oder Mahan Khalsa, Historiker wie Jörg Nagler oder Yuval Noah Harari, Autoren wie Scott Adams, Bill Bryson, Daniel Pink, Wolfgang Schur und Günter Weick und etliche andere selbst zu Wort kommen. Die Liste von Erfolgsfaktoren ist vielseitig und wird nie vollständig sein. So wie es eben nicht die eine beste Organisation gibt, so gibt es auch nicht die eine beste Strategie oder das eine beste Erfolgsrezept. Die in diesem Buch diskutierten Erfolgsfaktoren und Ideen sollen als Anregung dienen. Und dennoch, wir können kontinuierlich daran arbeiten, dass unsere Organisation und wir selbst erfolgreicher werden.
