German U-Bahn
About this book
In our family we have an ardent railfan or rail enthusiast. This has led to the present book.Rail enthusiasts are nothing new. An early trainspotter was 14-year-old Fanny Gordon, who in 1861 recorded the names of locomotives passing Westbourne Park station on the Great Western Railway. One of the many activities of rail enthusiasts is to photograph them and part of the fun is to share the photos.Another joy is to sit and read or page through a book or a magazine with pictures and information about trains. This little book was put together at the request of the family railfan in order precisely to sit and look at pictures of German U-Bahn trains. We share the opportunity and hope the reader will enjoy our selection of photos.
