With the re-entry of China as a player in world history the situation changed dramatically. China belongs to a different cultural area. Therefore, the further development of global capitalism, and in particular of the New System of Global Governance, will not remain one-dimensionally European, and will not develop in a linear sequence. A paradigm shift will occur.
