- 1. Correcting asanas at CP | Everything depends on the person's first possibilities. If they can stand on their feet firmly, why not fix a slightly bent torso, for example, like in Virabhadrasana 1, 2? But if the person has problems with balance and big ones, it is better to use either 'voice control,' to say that the body knows perfectly well where to stop, or the pupil may perform the asana as they prefer. This asana is efficient because a person can play it on the given stage or seek/invent simplified versions.
