It describes the theoretical, empirical, and methodological literature articles. Moreover, this chapter analyzes the research articles under the keywords, conflict, conflict resolution, and conflict resolution approaches. The third chapter describes the methodology of the research. It includes the methods of data collection and the system of data analysis. The fourth chapter will present the data that gathered using the questionnaire and the interviews. The fifth chapter comprises a brief overview as well as the findings of the research.Both qualitative data and quantitative data were used. A semi-structured questionnaire containing open ended and close ended questions was used for gathering primary data. Secondary data were retrieved using articles, reports, journals and books. Gathered quantitative data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) and the content analysis utilized for qualitative data analysis.
