Opportunities and Challenges in Teacher Recruitment and Retention serves as a comprehensive resource for understanding teachers' careers across the professional lifespan. Moreover, they demonstrate that teacher recruitment and retention is a complex and multifaceted issue that cannot be addressed through simplistic policy changes.
