Mock Exam 1

This chapter contains one mock exam, to test your knowledge of the content in all of the previous chapters.

The mock test exam will contain 70 questions (like the real 2V0-622 exam), and readers should try to complete it in 105 minutes, simulating the real exam's duration.

Note that the questions can also be used in preparation for the VCP6.5-DCV delta exam (the 2V0-622D exam), which also has 70 questions and a 105-minute duration.

The vSphere 6.5 Foundations exam (the 2V0-602 exam) is a little more general (and less deep, technically), but covers several other products from VMware, including vRealize Log Insight, vRealize Automation, and NSX.

The appendix of this book will provide more details on the different VCP65-DCV exams.

VMware no longer provides free mock exams. Instead, they redirect users to Measure Up for online exam simulations; the price of each exam is US $109 (as of July 2018).

Mock exam 1

This mock exam is structured in the same order as the book's chapters, in order to group questions on the same topic together; however, remember that in the real exam, the questions will be sorted randomly.

Also, in the real exam, the number of questions will not necessarily be equally distributed across the topics and contents of the different chapters.

Note that some questions may have multiple answers. In this case, it will be indicated with a "Select all correct answers" sentence. In the real exam, the number of answers (in the case of a multiple-choice question) is usually specified.

The correct answers will be included at the end of each section.
