Damit haben diese Jugendlichen kaum eine Chance auf eine gelingende soziale, berufliche und gesellschaftliche Integration.Um dieser Entwicklung entgegen zu treten, werden "Patenschaftsmodelle fĂŒr benachteiligte Kinder und Jugendliche" von Caritaseinrichtungen erprobt. Mitarbeiter(innen) ĂŒbernehmen hierbei eine Patenschaft. Sie bieten UnterstĂŒtzung bei der BewĂ€ltigung des Schulalltags, bei der Suche nach einem Ausbildungsplatz und Begleitung im individuellen Lebensumfeld der Jugendlichen. Auf den 12. Honnefer Migrationstagen 2007 wurden Beispiele fĂŒr gelungene Patenschaftsmodelle vorgestellt.Die Projektbeispiele finden Sie auf beiliegender CD.
