Wenn wir uns selbst und allen anderen Menschen ein Sterben in WĂŒrde ermöglichen wollen, dann mĂŒssen wir uns mit den Einrichtungen auseinandersetzen, in denen Menschen ihr Lebensende verbringen.Es besteht Bedarf an einer VerĂ€nderung des Umgangs mit Sterbenden in allen Einrichtungen, die schwerkranke und sterbende Menschen betreuen - im Krankenhaus, im Pflegeheim und in der ambulanten Pflege. Palliative Care-Prozesse sind komplexe Aufgaben, die alle Beteiligten vor groĂe Herausforderungen stellen.
