Verantwortliche, die in ihren Einrichtungen diese neuen Hilfen von Pflegeberatung und Pflegestützpunkten zu konzipieren haben, stoßen hier auf fundierte Vorschläge. Weiter wurden die leistungsrechtlichen Vorschriften der Pflege zu einer Gesamtdarstellung der Sozialen Sicherung ausgeweitet.Aber auch zur Gestaltung des 'Dritten Alters' enthält diese 'Sozialgerontologie für die Pflegearbeit' viele Ideen. So wird auch Impulsen zur Herausbildung eines Dritten (bürgerschaftlichen) Sektors der Altenhilfe nachgegangen.
