Was ist ›Narration‹ und welche Effekte lassen sich mit narrativer Kommunikation erzielen? Gleichzeitig wird jedoch Kritik laut, die in einer solchen Berichterstattung die journalistischen Qualitätsanforderungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Informationsauftrag der Medien nicht gewahrt sieht.
