Nato a Frosinone nel 1978, Fabrizio Polizzi lavora attualmente presso uno sportello che si occupa di dare aiuto ad imprese in difficoltĆ . Svolge, inoltre, attivitĆ  di volontariato per il movimento "Parole Ritrovate" che affronta, a tutto tondo, il problema della salute mentale.
Ha iniziato a scrivere poesie nel 2009.
Molti dei componimenti, presenti in questo libro, sono nati sotto forma di sms d'amore, Ā«l'impulso piĆ¹ bello che ci possa essereĀ». L'ispirazione, poi, si ĆØ allargata ad altre tematiche e riflessioni che scandagliano ogni aspetto dell'esistenza; tutte affrontate con grande impegno e profonda meditazione, per dare vita a questo suo "Pensiero diā€¦ verso".
