Dall'a.a. 2014-15, in alcuni corsi di laurea triennali dell'Università di Padova, si sta sperimentando un programma volto a prevenire il drop-out e favorire i processi di empowerment degli studenti del primo anno. L'obiettivo è di facilitare il passaggio dalla scuola secondaria all'università, attraverso una serie di attività di orientamento e tutorato, svolte in piccolo gruppo, a livello di corso di studio. Da una parte, si offrono informazioni sui Servizi per gli studenti e si svolge un'azione di orientamento al loro corretto utilizzo, dall'altra si accompagnano gli studenti per tutto l'anno accademico con interventi guidati da un Tutor docente ( tutoring ) e/o da uno o più Tutor studenti ( peer tutoring ).
In questo volume si presentano le attività e gli strumenti per la progettazione e la conduzione delle attività di Tutorato Formativo che, a partire dai materiali predisposti nel modello spagnolo di riferimento, sono stati adattati e rielaborati per il contesto padovano della sperimentazione, attraverso un vasto lavoro di concertazione sui contenuti e sulle metodologie.
