L'ebook tratta: - Accertamento sintetico - Controllo della coerenza del reddito - Procedure - Difesa del contribuente A seguito della nuova formulazione dell'art. 38, d.P.R. 600/1973, il meccanismo dell'accertamento sintetico per le persone fisiche è stato radicalmente modificato, soprattutto in relazione all'approccio che l'Amministrazione finanziaria ha tentato di dare allo strumento. Infatti, grazie al Decreto del Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze del 24 dicembre 2012, pubblicato in G.U. n. 3 del 4 gennaio 2013, è stato introdotto il contenuto induttivo degli elementi indicativi di capacità contributiva sulla base dei quali può essere fondata la determinazione sintetica del reddito. In altre parole, il Ministero ha fornito tramite un decreto esplicativo e 3 tabelle, quali saranno i parametri di spesa che gli uffici dell'Agenzia delle entrate dovranno prendere in considerazione ai fini del nuovo accertamento; parametri, questi ultimi, che nel prosieguo si vedranno, che dovranno essere presi in considerazione anche dai contribuenti al fine di non incappare nelle morse stringenti di un'Agenzia delle entrate alla ricerca degli evasori.
