Stefania Sbarra insegna Letteratura tedesca presso l'UniversitĂ Ca' Foscari di Venezia. Si occupa prevalentemente di letteratura tedesca del Settecento, dell'Ottocento e del primo Novecento, e ha lavorato in particolare su Heinrich von Kleist e sulla ricezione di Jean-Jacques Rousseau e di Friedrich Nietzsche in alcuni scrittori tedeschi.
