Des Weiteren ist der Teil über die Rationalisierungsinstrumente erweitert, indem die Methodik des Zielkostenmanagements ausführlicher dargestellt und die Technik des Benchmarking als Instrument zur Erkennung des Rationalisierungsbedarfes ergänzt wird.
