Solo così si può provare a incidere sui pregiudizi culturali che impediscono il varo di quelle soluzioni anche tecniche necessarie per porre rimedio a un contenzioso civile senza eguali in Europa e le cui reali ragioni devono ancora essere veramente indagate.
