DAY 1
I Am Covered
Psalm 32:1–7
1 Happy is he whose transgression is taken away, whose sin is covered.
2 Happy is a person to whom Yahweh does not impute iniquity and in whose spirit, there is not deceit.
3 When I kept silent, my bones were worn out due to my groaning all the day.
4 For day and night your hand was heavy upon me. My vigor was changed into the dry heat of summer. (Selah)
5 I made known my sin to you, and my iniquity I did not cover. I said, “I will confess concerning my transgressions to Yahweh,” and you took away the guilt of my sin. (Selah)
6 Therefore let all the faithful pray to you at the time for finding you. Surely at the flood of many waters they will not reach him.
7 You are my hiding place; from trouble you preserve me. With cries of deliverance you surround me. (Selah)
Prayer/Thought of the Day
For He is looking for someone like YOU to worship him.
It is a wonderful experience to be granted the gift of forgiveness. As we engage in our Worship this morning, our affection is given to the Lord who forgives. Worship Him expecting the gift of forgiveness. Lift your hands and give thanks because your sins have been covered and taken care of by the blood of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins, He (Jesus) is faithful and just forgives our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So, no one can condemn you, and as far as the East is from the West, so are your sins with God. Worship him, and you will be free and no longer ashamed, haunted, nagged, frustrated, abused, and accused by what you have done. It is over and all has been turned over to God, so cry on as He turns your sadness to joy. What an honor and a privilege it is to worship a forgiving God. So now go forth boldly with your head up, receive the gift of forgiveness, and walk before him, for He is looking for someone like you to worship Him today.
Takeaway and Instruction for the Day
Our past sins can sometime come and haunt us, rearing its ugly head in our memories or in people, places, or things. But today you are forgiven and I want you to embrace this. Leave out today with peace in your heart, mind, and soul. The past is the past and Jesus has taken care of your past.
I want you to write a thank you note to God. In your note pour out all of your confessions even those you never told. At the end thank Him and receive His forgiveness, and then rip up the note and go to a special spot that has meaning for you and discard it.
End of the Day Thoughts
I am glad you came back! This means you are ready to take this journey seriously. I want to share with you some thoughts before you close out your day:
- How do you feel after your exercise today?
- Do you feel forgiven? If no, why? If yes, why?
- What are your next steps?
- Are you willing to continue this journey?

DAY 2
My Refuge and Strength
Psalm 46:1–3
1 God is our refuge and strength,
A very sufficient help in troubles.
2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth change,
and though the mountains totter into the ⌊midst⌋ of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam,
though mountains shake with its surging water. (Selah)
Prayer/Thought of the Day
It’s all an attack on your MIND!
God is the one you must turn to today for assistance and security. Worship Him with the thought that He is the source of your strength and refuge in times of trouble. Everything else that may be labeled as refuge is false security. But you have a secure place in times of trouble. That place is found in the Lord your God. Worship the one who gives you the mental and physical strength to make it through today. And watch your fear turn into Faith and your doubt into a demonstration of your trust in God. Worship is who you are; it’s in your DNA, so walk through your trouble without fear knowing the one who is covering you has prepared the way before you and ordered your steps.
Takeaway and Instruction for the Day
Fear can cripple you, keeping you stagnate like a puddle of water, literally going nowhere. But this is not the will of God for your life. God has not given you the spirit of fear, but you have power, love, and a sound mind. If everything changes around you, do not fear; God has put a mandate on your life and you will fulfill His promise.
Today think about what outside influences have produced fear in your life. Now it is time to detox by spending today thinking about the refuge and strength found in God. Detox means to rid yourself of unhealthy things for a period of time. So, what do you need to detox from? It’s all an attack on your mind, so spend the day detoxing people, news reports, and certain readings. There may be more and you know what they are, so just do it.
End of the Day Thoughts
You are doing a great job so far! Keep it up and get your journal ready. Write down those things you had to detox today.
• How did you feel when you began to detox today?
• Which areas were extremely hard and why?
• How do you plan to continue to detox?

DAY 3 No One Like Him
Jeremiah 10:6
6 There is none like you, O Yahweh, you are great and your name is great in might.
(Isaiah 45:5, Psalms 86:8)
Prayer/Thought of the Day
His name is the highest praise that you can give him.
This morning I asked a valuable question, who is like our God? Now worship Him by responding within yourself that there is not like our God. Remember He is great and His name is great. His name is the highest praise that you can give him. Call the name Jesus for that name has been exalted above every name in heaven, in earth, and under the earth. The name Jesus is mighty and strong; His name causes demons to flee. So, worship by saying His name, causing all that is in opposition to that name to flee. He is the Lord and there is no ...
