Así, al igual que los derechos estatales, los órdenes globales tienen límites susceptibles de ser fracturados y revelados como fallas por el comportamiento a-jurídico. -Cómo debe responder un colectivo jurídico a esas exigencias que van más allá de su propio lenguaje binario? El autor propone una política de la a-juridicidad como alternativa.
