Este libro examina el trabajo jurĂdico pro bono. Por un lado, busca describir y analizar la arquitectura conceptual del discurso transnacional que sostiene al discurso pro bono y, por el otro, tiene como fin hacer uso de estas herramientas teĂłricas para describir y analizar el discurso y las prĂĄcticas pro bono que se han articulado en Argentina, Colombia y Chile.
