NOTES
The final section of this audit provides an overall profile of the school, using the data gathered during the full audit.
As stated in the Introduction (p. 7), the principal objective of the audit is to provide the school with a complete assessment of its current stage of development, as measured against those issues which must be addressed by OFSTED inspectors during inspection.
By plotting the school’s scores against a profile generated by assuming a maximum score for each section of the audit, a graphical representation of the school’s current stage of development can be obtained, indicating relative strengths and weaknesses.
This data, together with those action points identified by the audit team, can then be incorporated directly into a management/development plan.
