En primer lugar se hace un recuento histórico de la evolución de la biofísica. En segundo lugar, se ofrece una revisión del marco normativo legal; y, finalmente con miras a diseñar una oferta de servicios y acceso al microscopio de fuerza atómica de la universidad, se evalúa el potencial humano en esta área.
