The book deals with the latest global developments since the presidential election in the US in 2016 when Donald Trump took over the presidency in the White House. The author gives a historical look back at the earlier geostrategic theories from the 1800s - 1900s, of which Great Britain and the United States have followed the classic Anglo-American ditto in practice since the First World War and until recently. Also, a reasonably detailed presentation is given about the, in the West among the population, relatively unknown Petrodollar System, which took place after Breton Wood. This Pax Americana-colonial power tool, where the United States can no longer act militarily globally without risk with its aircraft carriers, which is the cornerstone of the United States' superpower status, is currently under intense attacks from Russia and China. With the fight for oil in focus and where Vladimir Putin has succeeded in the entirely impossible. Namely, to receive political support from all countries in the Middle East.We get an overview of the Anglo-Saxon classical geostrategies. Furthermore, Foundation of Geopolitics, the Fourth Political Theory, and Eurasianism, by the Russian professor, geopolitician and ideologue, Alexander Dugin, whose policies are primarily led by Russia under Vladimir Putin. In an action under which China's, Xi Jinping, forms support as the most potent coastal power in Eurasia. These authoritarian powers work together to neutralize US-NATO and thereby take control of the entire Eurasian continent, thus gaining Global World Domination.Plenty of sources from well-known international newspapers/magazines such as Washington Post, The Atlantic, Politico, RBTH, The National Interest, Forbes, Pravda, Oil-price, New York Times, Financial Times, Sputnik, Business Insider, and many more. The entire course of events has escalated dramatically in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, which received enormous global economic and other consequences.

IN THE SHADOW OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC
I'm still in Santa Fe on Bantayan Island in the Cebu area of the Visayas in the Philippines, and it's December 17, 2019.

Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Philippines. The main street, C. Batiancila Street, down towards the white beaches. Photo. Author.
However, the otherwise so charmingly located small village has generally become too commercialized, in my opinion, and the difference is enormous compared to the first time I arrived here in 2010. Then there were only a few bars along the main street C. Batiancila Street. But now, in 2019, the difference is significant, and a bar located next to the LR Lodge about 30 meters from the beautiful white beaches are playing way too loud music almost every night. Besides, the quality of the music is inferior. The drummer did not even keep up with the music. However, there is one place I can highly recommend, and that is NapaTaster. A distinctly Filipino site where a native trio plays acoustic reggae but also Tagalog accentuated music. Yes, they even played waray- songs, A dialect spoken in Leyte, and whose charming character, primarily when expressed in the song, La Jo, performs exceptionally well. Leyte and Samar Islands, where I used to be in 2009, are east of Bantayan Island, and the open sea takes the form of the Philippine Sea, and then the Pacific Ocean is straight out. No wonder the Philippines is called the gateway to Asia in geostrategic terms. The trio uses relatively primitive equipment but is very capable and has a distinct feel for this particular music. The food is served freshly cooked in small frying pans.
Earlier in 2010, when I lived here on and off for a couple of years, there were several bars on the outskirts of the village where you could meet young ladies who were more or less accessible. But in Santa Fe, double morality prevails. It was told to me at that time that the Catholic priest preached morals at the church fairs in the village in the mornings about how sinful it was to practice sexuality outside the framework of marriage. But it was rumored that he went to the Genza bar, which was then located a bit on the way to Bantayan Town, in the evening, and befriended other ladies despite being married himself. Thatās, of course, left its mark on life in Santa Fe. Here it was almost impossible to get in touch with any lady who was willing to go to action. If, on the other hand, you came in contact with someone some distance away from Santa Fe, then it was much more manageable. But that was then. Now, nine years later appeared no sign of such bars, and good is that. But when I sat down for the first time at a table on NapaTaster, so asked a stylish waitress if I perhaps was interested in young girls, and of course, I am always. But I was so preoccupied with my geostrategic and ideological considerations that I embraced myself kindly but firmly strictly morally as I am attached to nature.
They have demolished the Grey Eyes bar and the Swedish owner who comes from Haelsingland county, like me, I did not see. It looked sadly inadequate for those who owned the land; according to what I heard, theyāve just wanted to get rid of the bar because they were thinking of building something else there instead. But nothing had happened because it was said that there was no money. Typically down here. It's a shame because it's not the same order of construction and permits in the Philippines as in Sweden.
But we must also not forget Nicky Mantoro's luxurious bar empire, which lies side by side with what used to consist of Grey Ice, which the place was first called but then changed its name to Grey Eyes. I am there in the evenings and swallow a white martini while I talk to the owner. A richly tattooed tough guy with whom I often talk about geopolitics and the world economy. This time we came in with nothing less than NATO's Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg's statement, that NATO no longer sees Russia as the enemy. And Nicky, who is from Poland, said that it was because Russia is now in possession of Avangard Hypersonic missile systems and NATO / US has no defense against it. And I agreed with him on that point. However, you might think that Nicky would be anti-Russian with the history that Poland has with its exposed position on the North German plain, which has been a battlefield between Russia and the West throughout history. But that is not the case at all. He once said that some Russian weapons are superior to the American ones. He is exceptionally sharp and especially useful in terms of the global economy. He also believed that the fact that the US dollar, when we met, was close to ten Swedish coronae is an evil sign since the US only prints money without having coverage while having a huge budget deficit of over $ 23 trillion. But that statement he probably meant that there is an extremely high risk that the house of cards collapses reasonably soon. I nodded in agreement, given the Russian-Chinese attack against the petrodollar system.
NEW COMPLETELY DECISIVE RUSSIAN WEAPON SYSTEMS
A particularly important aspect of the ongoing global upheaval is the new Russian hypersonic weapons systems, which have been described to some extent in earlier parts of the series.
But there have been some more since 2016, and that has changed the situation in a very compelling way.
The aircraft carriers that are so important to the United States, which have played a significant role in the Navy's power projection since the Second World War, may form the introduction. For now, the situation has deteriorated dramatically for these ocean colossi with nearly one hundred aircraft each. It is about Russia's further evidence that makes the vessels no longer the rulers of the oceans.46
ā The leading NATO nations continue to build large-deck, nuclear-powered aircraft carriers, which are the signature expression of military power. They have been a critical component of almost every major combat operation going back to WWII. The flattops are the tools to ensure sea dominance, power projection capability, and intimidation of other countries, like Russia, for instance. Will the large ships be effective platforms to make Russia kneel? The answer is no. Not today.ā
The Russian Raduga Kh-22 carried by Tu-22M3 aircraft is a large, long-range anti-ship missile with an operational range of 600km (320nmi). In theory, with its range and the 1 ton (2,200 lbs) shaped-charge warhead, the missile can cripple an aircraft carrier at a single blow. The warhead is powerful enough to make a 5m wide, 12m deep hole in the hull of any ship it strikes.
The Kh-32 is an upgraded version of the Kh-22 capable of delivering a 1,000 kg conventional warhead or 1,000 kilotons nuclear warhead. Russia is finalizing its trials. Tupolev Tu-22M3 supersonic bombers will also carry the Kh-32. The cutting-edge missile is virtually invulnerable to ground-based air defenses and interceptors of a potential adversary. Once launched, it climbs to an altitude of 40 km, to the stratosphere, to dive on the target at a steep angle. The missile is expected to have a firing range of up to 1,000 km compared to the 600 km for the Kh-22. It can reach speeds of no less than 5,000 kmh. The combination of speed and trajectory makes the Kh-32 almost invincible to enemy air defenses and interceptors.
The Tu-22M3 (Backfire) is a supersonic, variable-sweep wing, long-range strategic and maritime strike bomber, which can fly at a maximum altitude of 14,000 m and the rate of climb of the aircraft is 15 m/s. The plane has a cruise speed of 900 km/h and a maximum speed of 2,300 km/h. The operational range of the aircraft is 7,000 km. The aircraft can be equipped with refueling probes to allow in-flight refueling for extended range. All the Tu-22M3 aircraft are expected to be fully upgraded by late 2018. There are over 60 Tu-22M3s in Russiaās inventory.
State tests of Zircon are scheduled for completion in 2017, and the missile's serial production is planned to be launched next year. Russia will be the only nation in the world to launch serial production of hypersonic weapons, leaving the US far behind. The first Zircons will be installed on sea platforms. According to Harry J. Kazianis, Executive Editor of The National Interest, such missiles could «could turn America's supercarriers into multibillion dollar graveyards for thousands of US sailors.» Even a small-size ship armed with Zircons becomes a formidable foe for an aircraft carrier. No weapon to counter the Zircon exists as yet.
Aircraft carriers are powerful ships to reckon with, there are not easy targets. They are hard to approach, and guiding the missiles to strike a flattop is a serious challenge. But the days when they guaranteed supremacy at sea are over. If push comes to shove, Russia has the means to strike and sink them.

Some believe it is a reason why the US aircraft carrier is on the defensive 47. āThe American Navy is traditionally considered the strongest in the world. The unrivalled nature of its combat power is based on the presence of 11 strike carriers. This is more than in all other countries of the world combined. On these grounds, the United States projected absolute force on any point in the world ocean and coastal zone. Now the foundation of American naval power has brokenā.
Thus, at the moment, the American fleet is not capable. If the task of nuclear deterrence is carried out by its underwater missiles, it has nothing to do with the usual fighting. The US maritime strategy is critically based on the obligation to have absolute superiority in the strike power of carrier-based aircraft, which is the main tool for destroying targets. Deck-based cruise and anti-ship missiles serve only as a second-line auxiliary tool. "
Kazianis, The National Interest 48. . . . most weapons platforms are effective for only a limited time, an interval that gets shorter as history progresses. But until the past few years, the carrier had defied the odds, continuing to demonstrate Americaās military might around the world without any challenge from our enemies. That period of grace may have ended as China and Russia are introducing new weaponsācalled ācarrier killerā missilesāthat cost $10 million to $20 million each and can target the U.S.ās multibillion-dollar carriers up to 900 miles from shore.ā
Now, these aircraft carriers still do not reach Russia other than from the Arctic, which until now has been impassable due to ice. But they have previously been a powerful tool around Eurasia's Rimland and in the Middle East.
But during the recent crisis in the Hormuz Strait in connection with the escalation following the execution of Iranian Revolutionary Guards General, Qasem Soleimani, aircraft carriers pulled out at sea. So, of course, the United States is aware of the risk, since even Iran may have weapons knocking out aircraft carriers.
As if that were not enough, there is a doomsday weapon in the form of a torpedo. Its name is Poseidon49, and it is not intended ever to be used. It is expected that the unmanned and nuclear reactor-powered weapon will swim around along the coasts of the United States at very great depths and be seen as life insurance for Russia in case the United States would get the idea on a surprise nuclear attack and succeed in knocking out Russia's second strike capacity.
This torpedo and the analysis of its effectiveness and strategic purpose are so fatefully crucial in today's situation that it is appropr...
