CHASE: Wrong? No. No, not that Iām aware of. Have you?
SOPHIE: No. I donāt think so. No.
CHASE: No, I hear good things. Good things about you.
SOPHIE: Really?
CHASE: Absolutely. Very good things.
SOPHIE: Okay.
CHASE: I mean the Bankside development, right?
SOPHIE: Yes.
CHASE: I heard you turned that one around.
SOPHIE: Oh, I donāt know about that.
CHASE: Come on, donāt be modest. That was a sharp marketing campaign.

SOPHIE: Yes. Sorry. That Eden.
CHASE: How many are there?
SOPHIE: Of course. I was just being...
CHASE: Confused?
SOPHIE: Yes.
CHASE: Thatās okay.

SOPHIE: How do you know that?
CHASE: What?
SOPHIE: That itās where Iām from, I mean.
CHASE: You do work for me.
SOPHIE: Not directly.
CHASE: One of my companies.
SOPHIE: Still, hundreds of people work for you.
CHASE: Thousands, actually.
SOPHIE: Exactly. Iām just surprised youād know where Iām from.
CHASE: We know everything.

SOPHIE: No, I ā
CHASE: Thatās a joke. Iām joking.
She laughs.
