CareersYour ideal working environment
The work environment - i.e. the company itself, the location, the colleagues, the company’s culture, the salary, the supervisor and much more - are decisive factors for individual job satisfaction. The working environment makes a significant contribution to whether people feel comfortable at work. And it contributes, among other things, to their success in their profession and to their performance (or not!).
Many people have certain preferences as to which employer they would like to work for if they could choose. There are many reasons for this, for example:
- The company has a particularly advantageous image for their further career.
- Working at that company is a matter of prestige.
- The company is close to where they live and can be reached quickly.
- The company is known for good career opportunities and high job security.
- The company offers attractive social benefits.
- There is a high level of job satisfaction and a positive working atmosphere.
- The company particularly encourages self-realization and development.
- One can earn a good salary in this particular company.
- Etc.
Think about your options.
If you could choose a company as an employer, where would you like to work?
