El otro poemario integrado en este volumen, La eternidad del relámpago, reúne un conjunto de composiciones anteriores, de temática variada, pero unidas por el estilo muy personal del poeta. Uno de los méritos de esta edición es, por otra parte, su apuesta bilingüe, ya que cada poema aparece simultáneamente en castellano y en francés (lengua nativa del poeta). Con todo, advierte Mahop Ma Mahop, no se trata más que de "arriesgadas pistas de "tra(i)ducción" que el lector está invitado, casi entretenidamente, a comparar, ampliar y, desde luego, corregir".
