La utilización de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en las administraciones públicas trae consigo nuevos retos para el derecho administrativo en el siglo XXI. Uno de ellos es la determinación de un marco jurídico adecuado que permite dar soporte a las decisiones adoptadas por las autoridades. La presente obra aborda los problemas jurídicos que vienen dados, por un lado, por la aplicación directa de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones en las administraciones y, por otra parte, las disposiciones legales contenidas, de forma especificas en el artículo 57 de la ley 1437 de 2011.
