Dieses Buch wertet die Studie kritisch aus und interpretiert die große Vielfalt innerhalb der Gruppe in Bezug auf Merkmale wie schulische Vorbildung, Mehrsprachigkeit und berufliche Perspektive. Aus den Untersuchungsergebnissen leiten die Autoren Anregungen für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Berufsintegrationsmaßnahmen ab.
